Implications ofPurple Covid status in CA

We’ve been renting our Airbnb unit sparingly this year, due in part to the pandemic. We have a couple of reservations early in December.

Now that my county, San Diego County, is on “Purple” restrictions again, can I cancel these reservations without penalty?  I’m not sure I want to, but would like to know how that might affect us if we choose to.  In March, we graciously accepted numerous cancellations from our guests - would like to know if that goes both ways, for hosts and guests?

My experience is contacted by " chat message " with Airbnb Support Help Centre for multiple booking cancellations.

As the support team help us to cancel by Airbnb Amin so that we didn't pay for the penalty fee.

Please do Message or Twitter with the Airbnb support team for a prompt reply.

If you cancel online by your side, definitive affect your listing.
