Impossible toget call back from airbnb

I have been trying to contact airbnb and asked about 50 times for a support staff to call me back for months re: my listings...2 of them. Have been a longtime airbnb host since 2011 and it seems that nobody works there anymore..Theyb should really sell the company to  an operator that cares about the hosting community. So I have no choice but to post my listings on vrbo and other platforms...Can anybody tell me what's going on? Is airbnb gone?

@Tania237 I phoned last Friday and, surprisingly, I got through and spoke to an advisor in about 3 mins. Whether that was luck i don't know, but choosing your times and days to phone helps greatly.
