Introductory message

I have instant book and I have not been getting any introductory messages from guests .   I have contacted Airbnb… I was not able to get an answer from the person I spoke with .  She needed to look into it … it’s now been several days later and still no answer.   I spoke with my guest that arrived today and she said she did write one…. now I know  There is clearly a glitch on my end so I am wondering if it’s just me or are others experiencing this as well?
