Is VRBO a viable alternative for 'room rental' hosts? We don't have full properties to hand over to guests

Anyone know the fine print on VRBO? Are they also screwing over hosts in the CoViD19 crisis or taking care of hosts?  Are they providing 'pandemic-resistant' insurance for all involved?

If hosts' evolving concerns can be addressed, there's a real opportunity here for established competitors (or new competitors) like VRBO.  I'd even be willing to ignore my feedback history here to re-establish with a platform that doesn't **bleep** on hosts.

Hosts are the same little guys that Brian Chesky once was (how soon he forgets) not corporate hotel/motel chains with lobbyists & lawyers, etc.

@Native0  VRBO only handles entire homes. Although they just might rethink this due to the current circumstances, who knows.
