Is the "Economic Injury Disaster Loan" officially available for hosts?

Is the "Economic Injury Disaster Loan" officially available for hosts? I read the press release from the Airbnb CEO asking for support for hosts from the US government, but I am unclear if hosts are officially eligible to apply. Does anyone have a verified information source?

(If so, I assume I apply as a Sole Proprietor.)

I applied and have been approved. Re. how you file, however your business is established. (Per your tax return.)

I applied very early on and randomly received $1,000 (the max per employee) in my bank account without any notice.
