Is there an Airbnb in Berlin?

Are Airbnbs now permitted in Berlin? I'm planning to spend the next weekend in Berlin. I currently reside in Germany and will be visiting Berlin for the weekend. Thank you for your assistance!

So I was looking for a place to stay in Berlin for a few days. My search:

1: Not too far from the center (Between Tiergarten, Friedrichshain, Mitte and Kreuzberg).

2: Less then €175 per night.

The results look so poor. Run down places, some with no windows, many have no recent reviews, some have only reviews from 2018. Many have bad reviews without a reply from the host (which is a showstopper to me).

Man! A few years ago, you could totally comfortabely stay in Berlin for that price. What happened?

Looking at booking.com the situation looks somewhat better. At least you can pick from a ton of decent hotel rooms for around €150/night.
