Just learning about this.   VRBO or BOOKING.com as alternatives???Thinking about contacting all my  incoming guests.  I will not stay with Airbnb unless Joe Gebbia  is out of the picture.  I have been a super host for 10 years.

Under no circumstances would i continue to engage the platform if this occurs. No way i can spend my money, knowing that some portion will be heading back to that horrible person, president musk.

Just cancelled my $3,000 summer trip to an Airbnb in Vermont over Memorial Day week/weekend. Booked it with a different property (also around $3,000) on VRBO instead.

While Gebbie is a co-founder, I haven't found anything detailing his current involvement. All I'm reading is how he stepped away several years ago. Can anyone cite a source with more info on just what his role is now?
