I have experienced this issue a few times: A reservation request will appear for a date or days available within the next 24 hrs. The problem: When a traveler does not complete the transaction they are given 24 hrs to do so. In the meantime, the dates in question are blocked from anyone else being able to reserve them. If the transaction is not completed, the days are lost. I have had last minute attempts to book that end up not completing the transaction and barring anyone else from reserving them. Is there a solution to this issue? Has anyone else experienced uncompleted transactions for next day reservation attempts that have caused a loss in bookings?
