Hey @Audra53 is the host responsive to your questions and communicating well? Do you have address of the listing already? If so, perhaps you can double check it's correct on Google Maps etc.
New listings may seem risky, but if all the other details check out and there are no other red flags, then I wouldn't worry. All new hosts have to start somewhere, you may just be this person's first AirBnB guest!
@Audra53 The same property is also listed on VRBO but also has no reviews there. The same host has another nearby listing with mostly positive reviews. He appears to be a property manager, rather than the home owner, hence the nondescript profile.
With no profile and no reviews, it wouldn't be my first choice for a large group booking; you might want to consider a plan B in case you get stuck having to resituate this group at the last minute. But I don't see any clear indication that the listing is fake; there's just no way of knowing whether it's accurately advertised.
