We have been suspended without notice. All what we are told is an investigation is on-going. Listings suspended since 4 days now. Who do Airbnb think they are you to do that? Similar experiences?

@Koa26 I suspect that when you say to a guest, however problematic 'that if he ever come my Husband will kick his ass'  then you risk suspension.

Airbnb are not overly quick with their investigations I am afraid.

we need to protect our house and kids from these people. So after 3 years and 237 reviews for you it’s normal to have a suspension be cause we told a guy bringing hookers into our home and pushing to come that if he comes my husband will kick his ass? Because when it happens you think Airbnb will be je to protect us,

@Koa26 You can refuse to host people without threatening them.

It was an instant booking at 10 pm and they had our address and phone and pushed to come. You don’t understand the context.

This same guy, in another listing fought with Neighbours at 3 am as he was bringing hookers into the listing and it ended with the Police. It’s a récidivist. 

you can’t stay kind with these people. You need to protect your home in a way and we have no shame of telling them that if they approach our house we will kick their ass. Our safety is in play
