Hello, I am considering buying a flat in Liverpool, but I would like to stay with my family in southern Europe for part of the year, as well as travelling for one month or so. I wonder if the best solution would be to rent long term and just get another accommodation while I am back in the city, or to Airbnb. I would like to understand the best times of the year to Airbnb and the type of market. I will most likely be able to purchase a one-bed flat. Thank you very much for any advice or shared experience.
