How do you know what to charge for longer stays?

For longer stays you can provide a discount percentage, like weekly or monthly discount.

But also possible for multiple nights, 2 weeks etc. when "professional tools" is activated.

Or even for a custom time period.

Discounts useally vary between 5 and 15% for stays upto 2 weeks, for longer stays it can be upto 30% or even higher for monthly stays. But you can decide yourself which discount you want to offer.
