Looking for Cleaning/Cohosting/Management in Cambridge UK

We’re looking to add our 3 bed property in central Cambridge UK to our airbnb listing and are looking at finding a reliable and good quality cleaning and management service.  We’ve spoken to passtheproperty and are lined up to speak to GuestReady and PasstheKeys but my impression is these companies operate on a very centralised non local basis  (correct me if I’m wrong) and I’m looking ideally for a personal, local presence where I have one point of contact.    Is anyone on here an experienced host who would be interested in discussing a co-hosting arrangement or can recommend individuals or companies that might look to do this?  Thanks!

nearly a year to the date of your post, and we are looking for something similar.

we have put our property back on Airbnb after a spell as long let, and are finding our feet.

we have a three bedroom property in Trumpington which we self-manage
