Looking for a place in Los Angeles CA

Hi fellow hosts!  I am looking for a place for my son to rent in CA.  He needs a place for a couple of months and I’m wondering if anyone (like me) is not booking short term guests right now, but would be interested in booking a longer stay.  He is looking for an entire place.  Please let me know!  I promise that he won’t be a problem!  Thanks!  Georgia

@Georgia244   Has your son completed an Airbnb profile and entered his dates and specifications into the search?  This is still far and away the best way to find a suitable listing. Hosts aren't generally visiting this forum to find guests. And I don't know about you, but if I were going to accept a long-term rental in a state where the guest acquires right of tenancy in just 30 days , I wouldn't feel reassured by the fact that his mom was doing the legwork.

Hi Andrew!  Thanks for the advice.  I didn’t even consider that it may look odd that I was the one reaching out, but I see your point.  My son does have a profile and can certainly investigate on his own.  I was doing it as a “host to host” hoping for a win/win situation.  Thanks again for the reply and advice!
