Maybe contact your local colleges, universities for courses in hospitality management for assistance.

  Reading this website can give you a lot of insight  but keep in mind this is a public global discussion board of self taught and self employed hosts.

@Kasie6 I think your approach is great. So much more reasonable than those that offer to be a co-host or manage a listing on behalf of the owner and yet have no experience whatsoever.

I suggest you look for a local facebook group and ask them if anyone can help you.
