Manage bad review from customers

What to do if I receive a bad review from customers and the review is not related to the property.

@Yolanda458  You can try to get the review removed based on it violating review policy as being "irrelevant", however there is no assurance of success. 

 

Depending on what the guest said in the review, if it can't be removed, you can leave a brief response. But make sure that you don't confuse what a guest mentioned to you in private feedback with what they wrote in the public review- you should never refer to anything in a response that isn't in the public review. 

 

I don't see any listing or reviews from guests on your profile, though. Is it listed under another account?
