Two things to try, @Sarah1844 .
You can find your cancelled reservations by going to the Reservations tab in your dashboard (on a laptop). There are four tabs in that section: Upcoming, Completed, Cancelled, and All. Are they not showing up in Cancelled?
Mine do show up, but all as $0. I had to find the amounts by going to the emails. Not the "your guest has cancelled" emails (because after Mar 14 they say $0, too, where they used to give the amount) but those from conversations with the guest or the original "guest has booked" emails. I didn't have them all -- I trusted the system so deleted most of them, but I had enough information at that point to reconstruct what I lost to cancellations.
