My long term tenant has listed my apartment on Airbnb without my permission

Good day - unfortunately my leasing agent was not doing their job correctly and it seems my long term tenant has been hosting my apartment for the past 6 months on Airbnb - he has it still booked up to middle of March !!

I have terminated his lease and have to remove the current Airbnb clients from my apartment as they are not allowed to stay. It is strictly against the building policy for Airbnb rentals in my building. I have asked the tenant to remove my apartment but he is not co operating with me. Please advise ?

Your tennant obviously did not read this:

Airbnb is not responsible for this issue, it is a issue between you and the tennant (violation of lease contract and/or building rules, HOA etc..)

However you can report the listing (and hostprofile) to Airbnb via the report (flag) links on the pages.
