Been hosting in beautiful Sunshine Coast Australia  for 3years, as Super Host. 

No negative comments on my watch. 

Sarah from Melbourne- EVERY time I have needed help from Airbnb it has been quick , efficient and accurate.  Like any public forum,  some use it to accentuate minor negatives not the huge number of positives.
