New Host- Tucson, AZ

Hi,  my name is Kelsey, and I'm a new host of three units (on the same grounds) in Tucson, Arizona. Although I live in Los Angeles, most of my extended family lives in Tucson so I visit often. I'm looking forward to joining this community and learning from your experiences!

Hi @Kelsey394 😊

Welcome to the community and thank you so much for sharing this here!

Three listings is amazing! 😍 Is someone helping you manage these listings?

I'm tagging a few hosts from Los Angeles who might like to connect with you and exchange tips about hosting: @Brian2659@Joey28@Kenchy0@Jonathan2725@Stacie20@Jordon12@Jamie-and-David0@Stella465 and @Marjorie240.

Nice listings! Congratulations!

My wife and I are in LA too, with a listing in Natal, Brazil. If you need help in Tucson, we have a great friend who lives there who would be great if you need someone reliable for turnover.  I find the most important part of being a host with a remote listing is having someone you can trust to do things to your standards. Let me know!

That is great to know :). I actually have an amazing cleaner who helps me manage the property as well. But it's always great having a back up. Would you remind sharing their contact information?

Congratulations!  Your properties are outstanding.

One suggestion

Pretend your a Guest and think has a Guest is my group of six going to be confortable for a week.  You have to consider sleeping but also other rooms,  Your living room at the end of the day can my g

.group of six watch the tv.

In the morning over coffee and breakfast can we comfortably sit at the table and plan our day

Beautiful deck space is it set up for my group of six to enjoy.

Guest count is not a money maker.  Your excellent reviews are your money maker.  Too large a group could actually destroy your awesome start.
