I'm relatively new to hosting and have a question about refunds. I need to refund  a guest who needs to cancel their stay but has already booked and paid the entire amount. What steps would I need to take to give them their refund on the money paid? They weren't scheduled to stay until 8/18. Is there any way to refund them sooner rather than later?

Assuming the reservation has not yet started :

The guest must first cancel the reservation. The applied cancellation policy will calculate the refund (if any). If you want to provide more or full refund, then use the resolution centre: https://www.airbnb.com/resolutions
