Welcome to the Community Center! 👋  I'm @Bhumika , one of the Community Managers for our English Community Center along with my lovely team members @Quincy @Paula @Rebecca  and @Elisa  and we are thrilled to have you join us.

Let's kickstart this thread with a little about us Community Managers:

@Quincy : I'm from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 I have been on the Community Center for 6+ years, and have been an Airbnb Host myself. I love cycling🚲, playing football⚽, and travelling🌏 . I love how dynamic and diverse the Community Center is as we meet Hosts from all around the globe. 

@Bhumika :  🌍 I was born in Gujarat, India 🇮🇳 , and shifted to Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 last year! 📷 I recently realized my love for photography and aesthetics. I love to capture mundane life and candid pictures. 🌆 When I'm not working, you'll find me binge-watching thriller movies or exploring history.

@Paula : I am from Colombia 🇨🇴 and currently living in British Columbia, Canada 🇨🇦. I have a passion for Latin American culture (I love to dance 💃) . I've had the opportunity to visit around 20 countries 🌎 and plan to visit many more. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, especially mountain biking 🚲 and hiking 🏔.

@Rebecca : I'm from Cardiff in Wales originally but being a military child and a veterans spouse, I've travelled and lived in a lot of different places in the UK and Europe. I'm an environmentalist 🌿 and like to minimise my impact on the planet 🌎 as well as volunteering in my local community.  I love sea swimming 🌊 yoga on the beach 🧘‍ and I'm a children's yoga instructor too! 🙌 

@Elisa : I was born in Italy 🇮🇹 and as a lover of unique experiences—from exploring the streets of Rome🇮🇹 , Paris 🇫🇷, and Toronto 🇨🇦 to appreciating timeless art and cuisine—I'm here to blend the old with the new.

I’m excited to be here!  I currently manage 2 homes in central IL and cohost 3 properties in the Destin, FL area.   I’ve been hosting since 2012 and truly have found my passion.  There’s never a day that this feels like work but rather the opportunity to service guests thru communication, hospitality, and just spoiling them with kindness.  I’m excited to be here and continue to grow and learn even more about hosting.  Thank you for welcoming me!

If you want to try delicious food  and visit beautiful beaches,historical places like the Chan Chan"the largest city of the pre-Columbian era in South America" and enjoy the best weather ( always spring)come to Trujillo and enjoy a new modern apartment. Hello Friends,  I am Eileen, I am from Southern California USA. I have been with AIRBNB 3 months now.  I am a Christian pastor outside of AIRBNB.  I inherited my parents home.  I lost my mother from COVID in 2021.  I was raised in that home and wanted to keep it to retire in oneday so I decided AIRBNB might be a way I could hold onto it in a monetary sense until I retire.

I love ministry work.  What led me to this path was an organ transplant surgery in 2011 where God took me for awhile dealt with me and sent me back to earth with instructions to be a light in the darkness.  My life is truely a miracle in itself.  I also love to garden and care for my 2 homes in my spare time.  I have my only child in college right now and I am busy helping her.  I have  enjoyed getting to know the beautiful souls who dwell here from around the world.  Thank you for having me and helping me learn this exciting business.....
