Nightmare guest

I had the worst guests ever, they broke some of my stuff how do I go about this. Please bear with me I am a new host.

It can be a messy process, generally only worthwhile when there's a significant cost involved. 

 

An ounce of prevention:  you can attract better guests in the future by updating your listing with more detailed descriptions, photos of all the other parts of the house, and a sturdy set of House Rules (e.g. smoking policy, unregistered visitors, noise restrictions)
