No customer service left at Airbnb

I am a Plus Superhost. I always had success with Airbnb up until Covid. But now, it's as if Airbnb has become a shell of its former self. IF you can reach anyone, they hang up on you. Then you are told your case will be escalated to a case manager and one will be in touch. Two weeks later, no one ever reaches out. The messaging system says a specialist will be with you as soon as one becomes available. And no one ever becomes available. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! How can Airbnb possible expect anyone to do business with them when there is zero, zilch support.

It's not "a case manager" but "the case manager" ! Same for "the specialist, as soon he is available"

This is a multitasking person !

What kind of answer is this? Who cares if it’s “a” case manager vs “the” case manager. Fact is, there is no accountability or responsibility left at Airbnb. I do not trust them any longer. And I don’t think anyone else should. We need to take our business em masse to VRBO. I’m sure it will be a breath of fresh air compared Airbnb which is built on hype with no service!

It's the instead of a because there might only be one left in the entire company... a joke, I believe.

Hahaha...that one flew right over my head. So true. I’m about to head over to VRBO now. I no longer trust doing business with Airbnb.
