Next step should be, though will probably take them a while to grasp: Any listing in which its occupancy defies basic reality (i.e.  a normal 3-bedroom home accommodating 16 people) is asking for a risky disaster to happen. Sorry, go call Carnivals-Are-Us Home Rentals, I am sure they will welcome such listings with open arms.
