No one understand my situation

Good morning everyone,

My guest did scratchs and markets on my walls, while i was opening the aircover request her boyfriend threatened me to burn my house and they said they had a keys of my listing, so I didn't load the rest of the documents and costs. 

 

Safety team asked me to change the lock and gave me money to do so and asked me to stop engaging  with the guest

 

Meanwhile the guest paid 45$ on the application which lead to closing the aircover request 

 

I am unable to open an aircover request as it keep saying under review

 

My actual cost is 4000$ and the guest paid 45$ and that closed the case.

 

I tried to contact airbnb many many times but every agent said that the case is closed and wait till someone will reach out to you.

 

I was also asked from an agent to sign a aircover request to get paid which i did (she sent me the link on the message, not through email) and i was never been paid or contacted 

 

The case is more than 21 days without getting a case manager from claims contacting me.

 

Any ideas on how to deal with this case or reach out to claims? 

 

Any help will be appreciated

so you know... till today i didnt get the payout and when i ask about it they close my ticket without anyone come back to me.
