Non smoking NEW listing, but smoked anyway and put out cigar on my new upper deck!

Hello,

I have a new listed home (new as in it was just built) and my first guest (first guest as in no one have ever slept in this new home before them) over the weekend. The home is a non-smoking home and listed that way. The guest decided to smoke a cigar on the upstairs balcony and put his coals out on my upper-deck.. Guest just checked out today. What would you do?

@Blue-Wave-Vacation-Rentals0 What a horrid person. And to be so blatant about it. If the cost to fix the damaged wood is high and worth it to you to try to recoup, you can go after the guest to pay. If not, best to leave it be, but RIP HIM A NEW ONE in the review. Make sure no host will ever have him in their place, ever again.
