Obligated to disclose COVID + guests?

We plan to offer our home to first responders. Our concern is how this could impact our future bookings and what information we need to disclose if asked.

- Do we have to disclose that we have rented to first responders if future renters ask?

- If we are aware that any of our renters have tested positive or are showing symptoms/diagnosed with COVID, do we have to disclose that if future renters ask?

I think it will be a while before you rent out to regular guests. By then it won't matter.

@Sue1576 of course you should disclose if they ask. What else are you going to do, lie or refuse to answer?
