@Dorothy190 You could contact the guest, explain what happened, ask her to look at how her review posted due to Airbnb's stupid algorithm, and see if she would mind calling Airbnb and ask them to remove her review if they won't reinstate it as it was written.
A user, host or guest, can request that their own review be removed and as far as reports I've read on this forum, they will comply.
Otherwise, as Linda suggests, just leave a brief, amusing reply.
