PAyment Error

Hi,

I am trying to make a booking through my debit card and an error kept showing to me so I cannot proceed with payment, I contacted my bank and they confirmed that the cancellation is from the host website, so can anyone help me, please?

@أحمد0  Your post is rather confusing. What do you mean "the cancellation is from the host website? " What cancellation?  Airbnb hosts have no abiity to reject your form of payment- Airbnb itself is in charge of dealing with the money and it sounds like they are not accepting a debit card payment. Does it say that debit card payments are acceptable? Maybe only credit cards are. You would have to contact Airbnb customer service to sort outyour payment issue.
