Partners or agency for check-in

Hello, 

I will be hosting for the first time this summer and my guests will arrive after my departure date so I won't be around to let them in. I can't put a lock box outside of my building so I'm wondering if anyone knows any service a host can partner with to have someone keeping their key safely and handling the check-in with guests.

Post on the London Airbnb group and ask for recommendations for local co-hosts for your part of London. You don't need a co-host just for check in's but to manage your cleaner and be on hand for problem guests and maintenance issues.  @Fanny428
