Payout being withheld

Good Day,

 

Airbnb has been withholding payouts for the last 3 guest stays. They are requiring me to register and complete a business verification (even though I do not have a business). I have filled out this information on multiple occasions. I have opened several case reports and each agent bounces me to another person. The first few advised me to resubmit the information. I have done this several times to no avail. Please help! It is a large amount of money.
