AIRBnB PLEASE RESPOND!!!!!
A large number of AirBnB hosts have been asking FOR YEARS that you implement a pet fee option when a guest is booking their reservation!
What is so frustrating is that, not only does AirBnB refuse to implement this sensible request, but there is never any explanation as to WHY you are so intransigent and difficult to deal with!
The only option open to hosts (who, I might add, are the only reason your company exists!) is to talk to some underling with no ability whatever to implement sensible changes in policy, and who also has no idea why the policy is in place! They apparently also have no ability to escalate suggestions (or at least the suggestions, if escalated are studiously IGNORED! 🙁
I’d call that pretty pitiful customer service! “My way or the highway” is a great way to generate a lot of resentment amongst the customers who are generating your paycheck!

and search on “Pet Fees” or “Pet Cleaning Fees.” You’ll see all kinds of posts from hosts who are apparently being ignored! No response! No rationale! No justification for this irritating and unjustifiable policy. Just hit “ignore” and maybe the issue will go away! IT WON’T!
Please either implement this sensible request or, at the very least, try to come up with some lame excuse why you refuse to do so!
