Policy change on May 15th - Host not covered for long term stay that was cancelled.
I am out my entire summer income now that the renter canceled. The change in policy on May 15th has impacted me and I do not seem to have any recourse - I can't do business this way if they keep changing things. They moved the dates from June 15 to June 30th now. Is anyone else impacted??
@Hillary9 Nearly everyone else is impacted by the ever-changing refund policies and the loss and confusion involved. And hosts who took early precautions against the pandemic's arrival and blocked out their calendars also lost several months of income. Sadly, the situation is such that there aren't any good options.
