If you need help  from Airbnb customer service, there is a pinned post on the first page of this Help section "Contact Airbnb" that lists phone numbers and other ways to reach customer service.

I don't know what you mean by "how to manage our stay in a city".

Airbnb is just a listing service for accommodations, it isn't a travel agency.

But maybe I am misunderstanding what sort of help you need.
