Profesional fotos free of charge

I would like to know if I have a right to use the superhost benefits such as; For each year of maintaining Superhost status, choose between a $100 travel coupon or one free professional photo session in available markets. I think that the duration of my superhost status is over one year.  If that is the case, how will I receive that information and be able to use it?

When you get superhost host status for the fourth quarter you are offered free photography or $100 dollars to spend through Airbnb.

Personally I would always choose the $100 as the photography is restricted to their choice of shots and you don't have copyright so can't share commercially.
