I would like to give some feedback to an owner an AirBnB regarding the unprofessional behavior of their property manager. However I am unable to. Can anyone give me advice on communicating to the property owner?
I do not wish to leave a comment or review as it may reflect poorly on the Accommodation and I do not want to do that.
@Caitlin258 You could add a private review to your public review. It might stop at the property manager or the owner might see it.
It is interesting that you feel the need to contact the owner. If the manager did something that deserves comment then surely you should comment in your review. The review is, after all, about the whole experience not just the accommodation.
