Property removal after right after suspension

Hello,

has anyone had an experience where they were suspended and then after agreeing to the ground rules etc get a notification threatening to remove a property?

I am seeing a negative aspect the the AI engine Airbnb uses to suspend or remove a property given recent negative reviews. I am concerned there is unfair practice.

Anyone else experience this ?

Did you recently face listing suspension or a warning? Have you reached out to the Customer Support team as well in this regards?
