Puerto Rico: Tax Planning Advice for Mainland Residents

I am having a hard time understanding how to structure my Puerto Rico LLC that manages the properties I own. Do any of you have an advice on a typical structure? Properties are mortgaged and owned by a mainland resident. Is it better to elect C-Corp style taxation or a pass through? what do you guys do in your cases? Are there any CPA's/accountants who can help me with my situation? Thank you in advance
