Hi everyone-
We had an issue with the city registration in San Francisco (yep, our error, forget to renew) so Airbnb deactived our account and cancelled all future bookings. That was on April 4. We immediately renewed with the city and contacted airbnb with the new details.
I'm unable to reactivate the listing as it shows the account is declined even though we have renewal receipt. This note was obviously added by airbnb on Apr. 4.
I've reached our numberous time to airbnb through the superhost line but NO response, or a response that someone will call back which never happens. We even had an ambassador email yesterday saying he fix asap but never did.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a response from them?
