Recommended Charge for unapproved Guests

We have a current month long Guest who has invited friends to join them but there is not enough beds for them all. The home has 2 beds and sleeps 4 on our listing. The extra 2 Guests are teenagers and can't booth sleep on the sofa either as it's too small. The had been previously told another family of 4 could not join them for this reason. This time they didn't ask us. They new Guests just showed up. We have wood floors and no air mattress.

@Cassondra2 You may send the guest a booking change request to increase the guest count and accurately reflect the number of people in the group. If your listing already has an Extra Guest Fee active, that would be the amount to charge. This only goes through if and when the guest voluntarily accepts the change.

Alternatively, you can terminate the booking for violating your occupancy limits and refund the unused nights. These guests sound like bad news, considering that they've turned your home into a clown car without your permission, so in the grand scheme of things it's probably best to get them out of there ASAP.
