Refund Issuing

Hello,

 

A host booked for 4 guests originally. Now the number of guests changed to 3 people. Price accommodation was done. Now I need to issue a refund. How do I proceed?

@Viktoriya21  If the booking is upcoming or current, you may submit an alteration request that changes the number of guests and adjusts the amount due accordingly. The guest will then have to approve this change to confirm the new guest count.

 

If the stay is already over, you can use the Resolution Center to issue a refund.
