@Gareth157 The 25% refunds were based on what you would have received had your cancellation policy been upheld. You have a flexible cancellation policy listed, so you wouldn't have received any % of the nightly fee if your guests had cancelled even without the COVID policy. That is why you didn't receive any reimbursement.
I really don't see any advantage in having a flexible cancellation policy, where guests can cancel with full refund up to 24 hours before check-in. Maybe you should consider a moderate policy for the future.
