Refund or rebate a guest who arrived a day late as a snow storm delayed their flight
As a host should I offer to refund or rebate a guests as their flight had been delayed causing them to miss the first day of their reservation. It was a snow storm and all flights were cancelled. Is this something the guest should ask Airbnb to decide if it is an extenuating circumstance and Airbnb decides if some money should be refunded or is this the Hosts decision?
