I had booked a room in Los Angeles 

But as everybody knows , i can't come because of Covid 19 ( coronavirus ) 

At this time I'm in Iran and I have a flight to come US ( Atlanta) on April 25 then I have flight on May 23 to com Los Angeles the day I get a room in Los Angeles . 

Unfortunately, all the flight from Iran to US cancel at that time and I don't know what to do . As this reason I contact with my host and she approved my cancellation and she said i can get all my money back. 

So please , help me to refund my money from reservation and the money from cancellation of Airbnb. 

I have some letter to confirm my issue with that.

@Bita36   Hit the Back button, use the "How to contact Airbnb" thread at the top of this thread, and get a CS operator on the phone to conduct an Extenuating Circumstances cancellation. This is the only way to get back the entire payment, including service fees. Your case is relatively straightforward since travel from Iran has been shut down.
