Hey they were doing some work at the place down there they upgraded the electrical panel and did some rearranging on the cabinets just wanted to give you a heads up they aren’t going to have time to touch up the paint around the box and a few small things like that.

Honestly we booked your house because the house that we had originally booked said that they were double booked. Then as it turns out the other people had to cancel their reservations due to a family emergency. I've stayed in the other house in the past and my family really likes it. If there would be any way possible to get a complete refund for the house of Hudson I would be very much appreciative .

Well we do have a strict cancellation policy but I do understand your situation I definitely can’t give you a full refund because we lost out on other bookings but what do you think would be fair?

Ryan, I know we agreed that I would be willing to compensate you for canceling the reservation now it seems, ABB is trying to also charge me several hundred dollars in fees as it is not a full refund. I would appreciate your consideration in a full refund so that this can be complete.

I want my full and complete refund. I canceled my reservation after I found out the property was under construction for remodeling. You have charged my account and refused to refund my funds. If my funds are not fully refunded I am prepared and very much ready to take each of my screen shots to every social media account I can post on as well and yelp, Google review, and the better business bureau.

I want a full refund. The owner told me the property was under maintenance repairs and construction. I canceled my reservation. I've been charged for the full stay and I've never been to the property.

We really apologize for this Trey, but we can't process any refund outside of the cancellation policy without the Host approval.

To be honest with you, it really breaks my heart that I am not giving you the expected resolution. I hope that you understand that if there was anything that I can do, I could have done it right away without any hesitations. However, my hands are tight and Airbnb is bound with policy.

I need to take this to a higher level. Beoynd the customer support team, what is the next level I can take this issue? Airbnb has more than $1300 for a house that I canceled within my alloted time with confirmation from the owner. This is more than bad business, this is illigal. If I need, I will send all corospondents to my attorney next week.

I realize this is not your issue as a person but it is an issue for the company and I will have my money back either from the company or from the company through the court system.
