Hi Everyone
Had recent stay where the home had whole house electrical problems, with the home shutting off 5X in one night alone.
I communicated with host about the issue during the stay, remained flexible, and despite really needing power to drive heat appliances, didn't write anything bad on their public review - essentially took the high road.
Now I find out they are giving me a bad rating for trying to explain the problem, calling me a horrible guest despite me having used Airbnb for years at 5 stars every time.
My question is now I feel taken advantage of, and would like to know in addition to filing a complaint with AIRBNB, would anyone recommend I submit a code violation complaint with the city?
