Reservation booked before my listing was “live”

Hello,

My listing was published yesterday. This morning, a co-worker of mine said she booked a week at my place. This afternoon I received an email from airbnb that my post is now live. I can not see her reservation & I have not received any notification. How does this get resolved?

When you publish the listing it takes some time (max 24 hours) before it is fully active and bookable.

Are you sure the co-worker booked the right listing ?

If you can't see her booking -Ask her to share a screenshot of her booking confirmation @Julie4002
