Reservation date change

Good afternoon to the support team of Airnbnb.

 

I hope this message finds you well.

We would like to report a date change request that we had from a customer with the reservation number of HMJ5J92MRD. We sent her the change request and as we were waiting from her side to accept it, she let us know that she wasn't able to do it, because message says "We couldn't complete the reservation change, please reach out your host to help you." was displayed to her screen. We communicated with her with a phone call to ask her to try it one more time but unfortunately we haven't hear any news from her side for the last day.

We were wondering if you would be able to do something to help with this date change request?

This is not Airbnb support, but the community.

 

- First check if the dates regarding the change are still available.

- You can retract the reservation change and sent a new one.

- Or ask the guest to create the reservation change herself and sent it to you for acceptance.
