Resolution Center - Doesn't care about hosts

I wrote an honest review about the state of my home after a guest checked out. The guest DID NOT leave my home in good condition, stains on the carpet, food all over walls and blinds, broken drawer in the kitchen. I contacted the guest through the resolution center and the guest was rude and argumentative. I wrote the review AFTER this interaction with the guest.  Now the resolution center tells me that my review is inappropriate because of something to the effect that I tell guests I will look forward to giving them a 5 star review at the end of their stay if the home is left clean in my handbook.  

 

Air B n B is really reaching IMO.  Why would that be a problem to tell guests, these are the expectations, please leave the house this way...

 

Very disappointed and now the worst part is this guest will be able to stay at other homes and hosts won't know the issues I had and concerns since Air B n B removed my review. 

 

I should add I'm a superhost and have been hosting for years. Air B n B has lost much respect from me with their lack of support or care for my experience.
